Please note the following; Due to the nature of my products I do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged. If you have any questions please ask before the item is made as I will not be able to change it afterwards, or it will be subject to an additional charge. My items are personalised and some materials for these are sourced elsewhere, this therefore means I cannot guarantee how long an item will take to make. I use the same stockists and so can estimate, but this of course is subject to change and I cannot be held responsible for this. If items are required for a specific date please let me know when you make an order, if I think there may be a problem I will inform you prior to payment. I will not issue refunds if your product does not reach you within a certain time frame, unless you have stated a date.
