All designs are in an album on our page that we currently have available, but if you have an idea please feel free to send it over. We will try our best to fulfill your needs. POLICY SECTION:
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) Paypal, money orders, and checks are accepted at this shop! If choosing to pay with checks or money orders, please message me so I can give you my personal address to send those too. All forms of payments must be cleared before starting on any order. If I am not able to fulfill your order for any reason your form of payment will be refunded and you will be notified immediately . If you have any questions regarding payments, forms of payments that are accepted, or general pricing information, feel free to contact me by sending me a personal message through my shop. If wanting to place a custom order, please withhold payment until specifications between seller and buyer are fully communicated and the desired design is agreed upon between both parties. CANCELLATION POLICY:
If placing an order for a wreath or wreaths, and for unseen circumstances, you need to cancel your order, you have 48 hours from the time of purchase to do so. You may message me regarding cancelling your order and i will refund your money to you in a timely fashion. After 48 hours, there will be no cancellations, only shipping funds will be refunded to you after that time IF the wreath has not been packaged and shipped to you. If placing an order for monogram letters, there is no cancellations. I do specially order these letters as requested per order IMMEDIATELY after the order is placed. Due to the fact that all monogram letter orders are personalized by name, size, and design requested, I cannot resell them unfortunately. The only amount that will be refunded back is the shipping cost IF i have NOT shipped them to their destination. If you have any questions or concerns regarding my cancellation policy, please feel free to message me at anytime. I ship USPS using the cheapest, but fastest method when possible. Most of the time shipping 1-3 day priority is cheaper than parcel select, depending on the state you live in. Please make sure when placing your order, your shipping address is correct. I ship to the name and address that is listed with etsy. If an order is shipped to the wrong address and is returned to me, buyer will be responsible for any shipping fees occurred shipping to the corrected address. Any lost/stolen item, I am not responsible for. Since all my items are insured at time of shipping, it is buyers responsibility to file a claim with their local post office or online at https://www.usps.com/. If you need help with the claim process, I would be happy to assist you with this process. Packages shipped through me, do not require a signature upon delivery. If, for what ever reason you would like a signature upon delivery due to certain circumstances, please message me prior so that I can add this option to your total cost of the item, which is a $2.00 fee. If needing an order rushed, I do offer a rushed order/shipping fee. The rushing fee times are as follows:
Listings that are to be shipped in 1-2 weeks, will be boxed and shipped in 3-5 days
Listings that are to be shipped in 3-4 weeks, will be boxed and shipped in 1-2 weeks

All my listings are calculated shipping, average time to receive items once shipped are as follows:
Priority mail- 1-3 days
Priority mail express - 1-2 days
Parcel select (standard post) 5-7 days
I do provide insurance with every order and a tracking number will be sent to you via etsy at time of shipment. Once I ship, I am not responsible for any delays, missing tracking information, or any damage in transit, as these circumstances are out of my hands. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact me and or your local post office, to help solve the issue at hand. To keep shipping fees affordable for both myself and all etsy customers, I do recycle boxes that I receive from my own personal mail, purchases made in store, or I make my own boxes. I do not use food boxes for the protection of my products to my customers and due to medical reasons ( food allergies) that my customers may have. If your looking for an item to be shipped in a more prestige packaging for gift purposes or special occasions, please message me before hand so that i can incorporate that cost in with the total shipping fee, Thankyou! Please pay special attention to my turn around times for completing an order before shipping. I am not responsible for not meeting a deadline or an item not being shipped promptly after an order is placed if a rush order listing is not purchased. Most of my items are a 1-2 week turn-around time. If My turn around times do not suit your preference, please message me before hand. I do on most occasions ship before my turnaround time stated, depending on amount of orders received and my own personal family schedule I have here at home. If item is damaged upon delivery, please save all original packaging material, including the box that your item came in. Please do not try to fix/alter your item, as this can void the insurance claim process. If you are less than satisified with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. I strive for high customer satisfication and want to make sure every customer receives a very well, handcrafted, high quality item. If in the event a product can be returned, it is the buyers responsibility to pay the shipping to return the item to me. Once I have received the item, in the original condition/packaging, I will issue you an immediate refund. Shipping fees are NOT refundable. I am not responsible for any damages made altering the item from its original condition(I.E. adding a bow, adding ribbon, removing a décor item, adding lights, etc.) All wreaths come packed tightly for protection to withstand common package handling, please be careful pulling out of the box. When hanging deco mesh wreaths outside, the best environment is a covered porch, an overhang, or a storm door. unfortunately in due time, wreaths will begin to fade, or lose their original "shimmer". I do stand behind my outdoor décor items and with proper care, shelter, and storage techniques, your wreath will last for a long period of time ! Long exposure directly to outside elements, such as sunlight, rain, and snow, will decrease the life of your wreath, in which I cannot guarantee no defects in the quality of the material used to make your wreath/outside item. When shipping wreaths, they might flatten due to being boxed for a few days. They will return to their original shape after a little fluffing. Unless otherwise stated, each wreath is as close as possible to the picture shown. I do edit pictures on occasion to get the best lighting possible, for the best pictures for my shop.
