Pot hanging bunnies are back! 🐰And they have two new friends joining them. 🐶🐌

These were a firm favourite a few years ago but after the company closed down I thought they were gone forever. So pleased to have them back, and so are the customers who have spotted them so far!

Absolute love the afternoons like this, a reminder that hopefully brighter days are coming!

(I know it looks like I haven’t had my windows cleaned…. But they were earlier today I promise! Those are rain drops as we had a downpour just before this! 😆)

Good morning Monday! 😁

A little round up of just a few of the things that have been going on here at Maggie & Belle. 💕

It’s been a big shop change around furniture wise as lots have pieces have gone over the last few weeks and I’ve been looking into better display for all the lampshades. It’s still a work in progress but getting there!

Lots of new stock is heading to the shop over the next few weeks and can’t wait to share it all with you. 😊

I’m only just getting round to posting the Christmas window I did last week! 🎄

The whole Christmas window started off with the little red chippy chair bought months ago - it was meant to be that the mini dresser and little table also came along at the right time! That little dresser is an all time favourite piece. 💕

This years Christmas mice have been so popular so it only seemed right to decorate the Christmas tree with them. 🐭

It’s such a busy time in retail at the moment and I’m so grateful to every person who comes in the door, orders online or even just messages lovely comments! 🌟

Perfect as stand alone pieces or fill them with freshly picked blooms or even with faux flower displays.

With Christmas getting closer the beautiful Red & Green Mulberry range from is back in the shop! There are lots of mugs, Jugs, Bowls and More to choose from.

One of my favourite lampshades made to date 😍

My lovely customer wanted a bespoke large shade using ‘Mini Anoushka’ in Nordic Blue and my goodness isn’t it a beauty! So pleased I orders a bit extra so I can make up some smaller shades for the shop. 💙

Wednesdays are always my lampshade workdays to catch up on commissions and stock for the shop and yesterdays work was mostly bespoke commissions and recovering, swipe to the end to see all the commissions made.

It’s been a busy weekend & Monday as the shop has had a big move around and all the Christmas decorations have started coming out of store! Big thank you to to a certain Mr G for helping me move lots of furniture on a Saturday evening….. while he had an ear infection! 😬☺️

There are a few new furniture pieces including a gorgeous large rustic bookcase and a Vintage Pine Chest of Drawers.

10 years!!❤️

I can’t believe it is 10 years ago that the doors opened! I also still can’t believe that we opened up the shop with zero retail experience, I had a seven month old baby in tow and our business plan consisted of “well other people make it work?!”.

Over the last 10 years there have been ups and downs, a change of name, a LOT of lessons learned (and some still to learn!), an amazing supportive team supporting me and finally…… a hobby that I turned into a career that would fit round my little family.

10 years on and hopefully many more to come for Maggie & Belle, we’re not quite done yet! ☺️💕

A quick shop reshuffle and a new display piece for the lampshades today. Nothing like a last minute furniture change around when I was meant to be at home packing for a little trip away! 😆

I’m leaving the shop in the very capable hands of and for a few days but will be back in on Friday….. it only feels right to work on the 31st October since it will be 10 YEARS since this little shop opened! Time flies……

But before then….. get ready for the holiday spam! 😎☀️
