Whoa Nellie My goal is reuse materials in a creative manner that makes them useful once again. I have a passion for creating useful items. I enjoy every minute in the shop.

I especially enjoy looking at things I find around our farm in a different way. I like working in lots of different mediums (metal, wood, glass, fabric, etc.) with an eye toward shabby chic or rustic. What my grandmother called "being thrifty" has now become repurposed, reused, or reinvented. This passion has moved me to learn more about welding, using different wood working tools, chalk paint, wax, stains and upholstery.

VINTAGE BROWN CABINET $200

This cabinet is in mostly original condition. There wasn't any glass in the top doors and I added wire mesh to give it a pie safe look. I have also replaced the bottom floor in the cabinet base to make it solid.

It has 2 drawers and 2 solid doors on the bottom portion of the cabinet.

I have not painted or waxed this piece. Just a good cleaning.
