We owe you a sincere and Heartfelt Apology🙏❤️
3 years ago, South Africa Paint By Numbers experienced a devastating cyberattack that resulted in us losing access to our business systems, including our website, email accounts, Facebook accounts, WhatsApp, and other essential platforms. As a result, we were unable to communicate with many of you.
We understand the frustration, disappointment, and loss of trust this caused. Many of you placed your confidence in us by purchasing from our small business, and we deeply regret that we were unable to provide the service you deserved.
After years of working to recover what was lost, with the assistance of an IT professional, we have finally regained access to some of our business platforms, including our page. Although we were unable to recover everything and have had to rebuild our website, email system, from the ground up, we are grateful to finally be in a position to make things right.
Most importantly, we still have records of some outstanding customer orders, and we remain committed to honoring them.

* Proof of purchase (receipt, payment confirmation, bank proof of payment, order confirmation, or any other supporting documentation).
* Your full name.
* Your current delivery address.

Once we verify your order, we will dispatch your items at absolutely no additional cost to you, including delivery where applicable.
As we relaunch our business South Africa Paint By Numbers under Craftyrue, we have significantly strengthened our security, rebuilt our systems, and implemented measures to better protect our business and our customers.
