From the 18th to the 20th of June, we’re coming to Stellenbosch!

Our pop-up store in De Wet Square marks our first actual store, and we couldn’t be more excited to test the waters of having a proper retail space.

For three days, you’ll be able to shop all things The Little Haus — lamps, hardware, and décor — and we’re going to make sure it’s the most delightful shopping experience you’ve ever had.

From starting out in a garage to venturing into the vineyards, it’s been a journey. We can’t believe how quickly we’re growing, and we adore helping your homes light up.

Hope to see all of our lovely Winelands customers there.

People are always asking us for interior advice and, interestingly, one of the things people seem to find most difficult is adding colour to a neutral space.

Whilst we’ll always be of the opinion that more is more and have absolutely no qualms about using colour and pattern literally everywhere, we understand the hesitation.

There’s an interior design theory that might help if you fall into this category. It’s called the “Theory of Red”, and essentially it says that almost any room can be transformed by adding one unexpected red element — whether that’s a lamp, a cushion, a chair, artwork, or a small decorative detail.

The idea isn’t to suddenly make your space feel loud. It’s simply to create a moment that catches the eye and makes everything around it feel a little more intentional.
We hope this video gives you a little insight into the concept and inspired you to add a pop of red to your space❤️
