Our cucumber kimchi is becoming a fan favorite and is finally crunching up towards people 🥰🥰🥰🥰

It is honestly such an underrated Kimchi because it doesn’t get the spotlight as much, but we absolutely love this and highly recommend those who have not yet tried to definitely add to your order list next time!

For those that have tried it - PLEASE do drop us a review on our Google Page and give these cucumber babies the attention it deserves 😍

EGG SALAD KIMCHI TOAST: A QUICK & EASY 20 MINUTE MEAL

A fried egg on toast is definitely easier, but have you tried this egg salad kimchi?

Being a Mom to a 3 year old, juggling with work & Halmeoni’s Kitchen requires so much time so I’m always finding ways to eat food that will boost my energy that is quick and healthy!

This is another fabulous meal I do as a budget friendly that I can whip out super easily! Great as a lunch & better as a work packed lunch for the next day!

It’s tangy, a bit spicy, delicious and boosting with vitamins! Also a great Summer dish as it’s low in calories!

Ingredients:
• 5 Free Range Eggs
• Kimchi (obviously Halmeoni Kimchi)
• 2-3 Tablespoons of Mayo
• Fresh finely chopped dill
• A pinch of black pepper
• Sourdough or Ciabatta works best

Try it out and let me know what you think!!!

CUCUMBER (OH-EE / 오이) KIMCHI IS THE STAR OF THE SHOW THIS WEEK

It was time to let our baby cucumbers shine on their own!

Cucumber kimchi is known as the “Cousin Kimchi” from the popular Napa / Radish kimchi.

It is a Summer dish that can be enjoyed on the hotter days to help cool you down because it is refreshing, it is crunchy (yet soft enough) & ultra healthy!

Perfect as a snack or enjoyed with a meal on the side.

PLEASE NOTE:
Cucumber kimchi has a shorter fermenting lifespan and is made to be eaten within a few days or weeks. It will naturally soften a lot faster.

OUR CUCUMBER KIMCHI HAVE ALL BEEN SOLD OUT 🥳

We hope everyone enjoys this batch. Summer is hopefully around the corner after this cold front weekend and ready to be enjoyed as a snack / side dish.

Absolutely healthy.
Mouth watering crunch.
Made with so much love.

All our ingredients are imported directly from South Korea.

The closest thing you will taste from Seoul 🥰

A new type of kimchi we make personally in our home.

Pickled Green Chili 🌶️
Pickled Raw Garlic 🧄

It’s been brewing in our special Korean home-made fermentation soya sauce for the last 3 months & finally got to open it up.

The green chilli is heating up and tangy to the taste.

The garlic is crunchy, mildly spicy & sweet.

I can confirm that BOTH are addictive & perfect as side dishes!

We are test trialing a super small portion of these pickled goodness.

It will be first come & first serve basis.

Prices are still being determined as I am looking for the perfect sized jars (but will be finding out soon)!

Extremely limited edition and curious what people think of it!

Please DM if you are interested to try something very very very new to your palette 🥰
