A paint colour can look very different as the seasons change.

More daylight can make warmer neutrals appear lighter, while deeper colours may look more saturated.

When testing a colour, look at it in different parts of the room and at different times of day. The changing light will give you a much better sense of whether it works in the space.

We’re enjoying the return of walnut and deeper timber finishes.

They work particularly well with the materials we already use a lot, like pale stone, linen, wool and aged metals.

The contrast gives a contemporary interior a little more depth without making it feel heavy.

Building around those pieces is so fulfilling and gives these spaces far more character than simply replacing.
