Our professional fee structure serves primarily as a guideline and will be finalised once an initial survey has been conducted with reference to the scope of the proposed work and a brief has been received from the client. Once analysed and completed, a final fee will be agreed upon between the parties. Due to the nature of the business, there are specific fees applicable for
various services which can be adapted to suit each individual client. Fees are negotiable
Based in Cape Town and working nationally and internationally,
LvZ DESIGN & DÉCOR will take the entire design process from custom design furniture to the decoration of interior spaces and the procurement, delivery and installation of the final product. Louise works closely with various artists, sculptors, ceramic and graphic artists to produce the right work for each particular space and project. Her close relationships with furniture manufacturers, antique dealers, art galleries and fabric suppliers, spanning more than 25 years, ensure that her interiors are contextualized precisely to each client’s requirements as well as the project’s location and architecture. Her long experience and background in the interior and art world give her the advantage to showcase each and every project in an individual way – each one has its own particular style and character all based on the golden rule of the basic elements and principles of design. She does not believe in one particular style or direction. “Any good designer has to be adaptable, for every challenge there are endless possibilities. There is nothing new or old anymore, it is all about how one combines it together”.
