Three things worth checking before you load up, whoever you’re buying from. 🛻

None of this takes more than a minute at the yard ⏱️, and it’s the difference between timber that does the job and timber that looks like it will. 🪵

📌 Save it for your next collection.

Most people walk in with a photo and a rough measurement, and that’s enough to start. 📸📏

Tell us what you’re building and where it’s going (in the ground, on a wall, under a roof) and we’ll tell you which timber and which treatment grade it needs. No spec sheet required on your side!🪵🛠️

📍Send your measurements to your nearest branch for a quote.

We get asked the same handful of questions across our branches every week, so we’re putting the answers here! 🪵👇

First up, the H class. It’s printed on quotes, most people skip past it, and it’s the single thing that decides whether your timber is in the right place. 📝🛠️

On edge? On the fence? Bout time you picket a team. 🟢🟡

Boks v All Blacks, DHL Stadium, Saturday 17:10. We'll be the ones shouting "GO FOR POLES" at the telly.

Building something before the whistle? Picket panels, planter boxes, pergola poles — all six branches open till 13:00 on Saturday. Plenty of time to load up and still make kick-off.
