The spatial experience unfolds through a sequence of interconnected social zones arranged beneath a dramatic skylit volume. Lounge spaces are embedded within planting beds to soften the architectural geometry, creating quieter moments for gathering and pause. Throughout the interior, a muted material palette of pale timber, natural stone, and tactile upholstery reinforces a calm, coastal atmosphere.
