INSPIRATION FROM MY VISIT TO PIMLICO LONDON.
- I think Robert Kime has the most inspiring showroom. Their love of antique textiles and colour completely aligns with mine.
- I finally got to meet Molly Alexander who has fairly recently opened a shop which has a beautiful paired back curation of antiques which is very aesthetically pleasing.
- The newest creations of Cox London are getting more whimsical which is incredibly appealing.
- Of course the ever inspiring Rose Uniacke has used Fortuny fabric for scatters and backdrops. Anyone who visits Artefect will know there are often collections of these in the shop😁
- A visit would never be complete without popping into Jamb London with their incredible mix of antique fireplaces, lighting and antique furniture.

One of my highlights in the summer in London is to visit the Wow House in Chelsea Harbour Deaign Centre. Here are some of my favourite rooms at Wow House 2026. My overall takeaway was- LOTS of velvet (cotton velvet, not shiny synthetic)
- wall treatments above and beyond. Fabrics and trim galore
- a riot of colour in most rooms
- once again ceiling treatments are big statements. See the STUDIO DUGGAN white draped ceiling…
