Botanical forms held in place by Art Deco geometry. Flowers and plant motifs are drawn with flat, graphic precision and locked into a tight bilateral repeat. Nature as pattern, not illustration. The warm linen ground and a restrained palette of sage, dusty pink, and black let the compositional density do the work.

The Riscos print was originally created by Brazilian artist Eduardo Sancinetti for KOM.
As part of the Monas & KOM capsule, we’ve translated the design into wallpaper. Keeping the spontaneity of the original lines while shifting the pattern from textile to architectural scale.

A sea forest of kelp takes over the wall. Drawing from classic Arts and Crafts pattern structure, the design builds on repeating botanical forms, disciplined linework, and a balanced rhythm to create a dense vertical composition. Fronds rise, overlap, and interlock, giving the surface visual structure and movement that reads as detailed up close and bold from a distance.
