Made some pancakes for supper, some will be savoury with chicken a'la King and some sweet, with fried banana,cream and a splash of lemon juice. Rest I will freeze for another day.
Did you know you can also cut the pancake in strips, knot them in bows and deepfry-served with some lemon-drizzle icing.

Left-over dough from the same 2-ingredient dough from last nights' pizza. Made a fluffy foldover. Such a versatile dough. Literally bulgarian (plain) yoghurt and self rasing flour. I just always add a little salt and added some rosemary this time.
