The Family Chef

The start of a new journey for our very own extraordinary family chef Michael Biassoni. Our aim is to provide you with freshly produced, delicious food straight from our kitchen to yours. Frozen for your convenience - ready made meals - to keep in your freezer and use on those nights when you just can’t face cooking for the family after a busy and long day.

We understand the needs of the family, having been married for 18 years and with 2 beautiful daughters Mike knows how rushed life has become. With the fast pace of life there doesn't seem to be a moment to breathe and its difficult to find quality family time. We believe in the importance of making time to sit down and enjoy a great home cooked meal together, and to find time to talk, and to discuss the day with your loved ones. Sadly this has become more and more of a rare occasion. Our aim is to allow you to enjoy family meals together without the stress of cooking or deciding “whats for dinner?”

With over 25 years of experience in cooking we’ve no doubt you will find The Family Chefs food “out of this world”. After years in the restaurant trade, growing trends worldwide have led Mike to redirect his passion for food. Frozen home convenience meals are becoming not only a “nice-to-have” option but a necessity and we can’t wait to share our meals with you!!
