This weekend hosted a 10th birthday celebration, Cake Decorating Party, and what a sweet experience it was! 🩷

Watching these young cake artists transform simple cakes into their own edible masterpieces was absolutely magical. From learning piping techniques to adding their own creative touches, every cake was unique and every smile was priceless.

The concentration, excitement, laughter, and confidence that filled the air made this one for the books. 🧁

You don’t need every nozzle under the sun 😅 Just a few versatile ones can elevate your cakes beautifully.
3️⃣ A turntable
One of the BEST investments for smoother icing and cleaner finishes
4️⃣ Good lighting for photos
Your cakes deserve to be shown properly 📸
5️⃣ A reliable buttercream recipe
Consistency is everything when decorating cakes.
6️⃣ Patience & practice 💕
Before taking orders, make sure you’ve practiced enough to feel confident and consistent.

Watching mothers, daughters, sisters & friends come together to create something beautiful reminded me exactly why I love hosting these classes so much ☺️

It wasn’t just about cake…
It was about connection.
About slowing down.
