Well then! Someone beat us to the socials! We’re so excited to be part of Waves of Change hosted by Creation Commune at the beautiful venue of "Tea in the Trees".

It’s our first time joining, but we’re looking forward to feeling the earth beneath our feet and a line up of music that fosters connection, community and change.

Calling Cintsa peeps, have you missed us? Have no fear - we will be at "Tea in the Trees" this Friday 5pm🥳

Have you tried our new Chana masala with sweet potato? Sweet potatoes are tossed in spices, grilled until crisp and simmered with our Chana (chickpea) masala. The result? A heavenly combo of soft chickpeas and sweet potato in a coconut-milk tomato sauce. What’s more - it’s vegan!

The other new kid on the block - our lamb and vegetable pies - tasty morsels of yum wrapped in pastry. Spicy, not too hot, utterly delicious!

Truth be told, Indian sweetmeats are rather magical. There is a reason why, apart from obviously diabetes, that they are enjoyed less frequently than a chocolate, for instance. You see, magic like this comes only once in a while, not just in enjoying them, but in creating them too.

And this Valentine’s Day, I’ve decided to roll that magic you see in my images into TRUFFLES. Yes, truffles. Not the polite, predictable kind you pop absent-mindedly after dinner. I’m talking about saffron-kissed, cardamom-whispered spheres of joy. The kind that make you pause mid-bite and look at the person next to you as if to say, “Oh. This is serious.”

They’re decadent without being loud. Sweet without the brass. A little nostalgic, a little indulgent, and perfect with someone you adore. Or for yourself - because self-love should absolutely come coated in gold leaf. Which is also why we are also doing our LOVE THALI FOR FOR ONE.
