Founded on the principles of integrity, quality, and community, Instyle Fabrics has grown from humble beginnings to become a trusted leader in the fabric retail industry. Our story began with a passion for textiles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The store opened its doors in 2000 with a small store located in Sanlam Centre in central Empangeni. The company grew and moved in 2009 to new premises that were many times larger located at Maxwell Street in Empangeni. The company started off as a sole proprietor company and in 2016 became Instyle Fabrics (Pty) Ltd. In 2020 the company moved to an even better location providing a modern store offering more parking, wheelchair access and overall improved convenience. Instyle Fabrics main focus is to retail fabric and haberdashery. The store also has many other subsidiary departments including wool and crochet, domestic and industrial sewing machines, curtains and blinds, upholstery fabric and other items related to the fabric and sewing industry.
