Ons het groot besluite geneem om my droom te volg — om hierdie plukplaas te begin.

Daar is dae wat die onsekerheid jou opvreet. Dae wat jy wonder of jy die regte besluit geneem het. Jy twyfel daagliks in jouself, in die proses en in die pad wat jy gekies het.

Maar dan… kom jy tot stilstand. Jy kyk mooi. En tussen al die harde werk, die opoffering en die bang wees, begin ’n klein saadjie sy gesiggie wys. 🌿

En skielik onthou jy weer hoekom jy begin het.

Drome groei nie oornag nie — hulle groei stilweg, diep onder die grond, lank voor iemand anders dit kan sien. 💛🌱

There’s something truly special about this time of year as we prepare for a season filled with soft petals, vibrant colours, and fresh blooms. We can’t wait to see these beauties come to life in our fields.

Ons is só opgewonde om ’n klein geheim te deel wat agter die skerms aan die blom is…

Ligveld Koffiewinkel kom binnekort! ☕🌼

Baie gou gaan jou blom-pluk ervaring nie net oor die mooiste blomme gaan nie — dit gaan ook oor om terug te sit, iets warms te geniet en die blomme plaas se atmosfeer in te neem.

D**k net daaraan om tussen blomme te stap, jou hande vol kleur te hê en dan rustig te gaan sit met ’n heerlike koppie koffie en iets soets te geniet terwyl jy oor die blomme uitkyk. 🌸

Ons is tans besig om ons besproeiingstelsel te installeer — nóg ’n belangrike stap vorentoe in die bou van ons droom.

Stap vir stap kom ons daar, terwyl ons die fondament lê vir gesonde groei, sterk blomme en ’n bloeiende toekoms. Elke pyp wat in die grond gelê word, herinner ons dat groei geduld, toewyding en deursettingsvermoë verg.

Ons eerste winter-saad bestelling het gearriveer.🌸

Klein saadjies… groot drome. Elke saad wat ons nou saai, is ’n belofte van groei, vars groen spruite en uiteindelik pragtige blomme. Ons kan amper al die eerste knoppe sien wat oopvou in die koue winterson.

Ons is bevoorreg om hierdie sade van groei en sukses te kan plant. Hier vat nuwe drome grond, word hoop gevoed, en begin Ligveld Blomme sagkens blom

Our very first winter seed order has arrived. 🌸

Verhoogde beddings is geskep om die ideale plantspasie vir ons blomme te vorm — goeie dreinering, gesonde grond en ruimte om te floreer.

Volgende op die lys is die installasie van besproeiing en om die kwekery met nette toe te span vir beskerming en optimale groei.

Raised beds have been created to provide the ideal planting space for our flowers — ensuring proper drainage, healthy soil, and room to thrive.

Next, we will be installing irrigation and covering the nursery with protective netting to create the best growing environment.
