A New Frontier Awaits
We’re stepping back as we enter the final stages of a meaningful evolution - new artists, new signatures, new materials, new techniques.
We’ve listened. Our story has always been as much about your dream as it is about ours. Let our dreams converge.

P.S. - DM us your design or concept. We love creating alongside our community of artists. Let’s build something together.

Thank you for being a friend, for the beauty we get to share, and the memories we get to keep.

Woven, glazed, and gathered by hand.

Every piece tells a story of craft, texture, and the everyday rituals we build our homes around.

We’re bringing it all to Decorex Johannesburg, 30 July – 2 August. Come touch, feel, and fall in love in person.

African to the bone.

The tallest, most magnificent creature the continent has ever grown, sculpted by hand.

The Giraffe Skull, from Abstract Africa.

Made for the wall. Or held in the hand?

Somewhere in here is a crocodile, a skull, or a dinosaur that doesn’t know it yet.

This is where every Rialheim piece starts, just clay, hands, and a shape that hasn’t found itself yet.

Some things are better felt than described.

The memory of African soil, sun, and the hands that shaped it.

Abstract Africa. A love letter to Africa, from Robertson.

Abstract Africa, A love letter to Africa, from Robertson, South Africa, to you.

We started by making beautiful things for the people we love. Today we do it for the love of design.

Abstract Africa is a collection of handcrafted serveware, ceramic wall art and vases made by hand in Robertson, alongside designer scatters and luxury bed throws designed in Robertson and woven in Cape Town. Inspired by the patterns, landscapes, people and animals of Africa. Every piece made to gather people, spark conversation and become part of your own home, where memories are made and the footprints of your life are left behind.

Your serveware is a love letter to your table.
Your bed a love letter to the one you share it with.

All speaking the same love language.
All born from the same soil.

In celebration of the amazing valley we call home, this collection was documented at Beuld The Venue by Jomeri Mouton.

“I have been to the edge of an ancient continent and back.

I did not return with gold. Nor diamonds.

I returned with the memory of a creature that has outlasted everything…”

A coffee break inspired by Abstract Africa.

Step into the Rialheim Café at Decorex Africa Cape Town 2026, a space wrapped floor to wall in our crocodile pattern, where every wall tells a piece of the journey that inspired it. Sit at the counter. Read the walls. Let your coffee go a little cold while you take it all in.

Today’s the last day. We’d love to see you there.

The tribe who brought this experience to you.
