You’ve got questions, and one of the main ones is “where can I find my Zaruka piece?” The good news is, there are three ways you can get your piece - whether you prefer to see us in person or online - you can choose.

Ps: we’ll be at Kamers in PTA from Wednesday 30 September 2026. Find us in the art tent ☺️

1. You can buy online. We’ll courier your piece to you, all wrapped up, so it reaches you safely. 🚚

2. We love to meet you in person, and we have two events left for this year. Meet us at Kamers in Pretoria 📍from Wednesday 30th September to the 4th of October in the Art tent. Then again at the end of November in Sandton.

3. Then there’s the trusty DM. Sometimes you want something specific. Message us here or on our email, and we’ll get back to you! ✉️

We designed a bud vase with a spout. What we didn’t see coming was that many of you saw a pourer - perfect for gravy, custard or dressing ❤️. Being the free thinkers that we are, we say it is what YOU say it is! And with a fully glazed inside, it could easily be both!

Ever wonder how our pieces come to life? It’s a process - it takes a platter 9 steps before it even goes into the kiln. Each step is a close interaction between hands and clay - wedging, rolling, sculpting. So when we say handmade, it’s actually HANDMADE.

This one-of-a-kind stoneware vessel will never exist again, literally.

With no template and no repeat. Every curve here was shaped by hand, slowly, straight from raw clay, which means once this piece is done, there's no making a second one exactly like it. What you're watching is the only time this exact form will ever come together.

That's the difference between handmade stoneware and anything mass-produced: imperfection isn't a flaw here, it's proof nobody else will ever own this same piece.

Three years of early mornings, clay-covered hands, and learning everything the hard way.

On the 28th of May, at Kamers Makers Pretoria, the judges named Zaruka Design their Best Newcomer.

I won't pretend I wasn't surprised. But I also know exactly how much work sat behind that moment.

To everyone who has ever stopped at our table, asked about a piece, or taken one home, this is yours too. You are the reason this business is still standing and still growing.
