Ricepaper is so versatile, I find a different way to use it each week ❤️ Today I cut it into squares and laid it ontop of mince balls & mozzarella slowly simmering in the pan. Once the lid is on, the ricepaper softens & steams. Asian dumpling style (but gluten-free & fuss-free alternative) Topped with my crispy chilli oil, these are currently top of the list ;)

Lightly toasted pumpkin seeds are a delicious snack, but you can take it a step further and blitz them into a powder. Sprinkle on salads and eggs, or turn it into a nutrient dense nutty dressing 💚 And for those of us that need more magnesium in our diets for stronger bones and better sleep, this one is a winner 💪🏼
