Cheesy Bacon Breakfast Wraps with Fries 🍳🥓
Ingredients:
For the Wraps:

3 large flour tortillas 🌯
4 large eggs 🥚
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
6 strips of crispy bacon, crumbled 🥓
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnish
For the Fries:

3 medium-sized potatoes, cut into fries 🍟
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Salt and paprika, to taste
For the Dipping Sauce:

Ketchup or your favorite sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Fries:

Peel and slice potatoes into fries. Soak them in cold water for 20 minutes to remove excess starch.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the potatoes until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt and paprika. Set aside.
Cook the Eggs:

Whisk the eggs in a bowl, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and scramble until soft and fluffy. Set aside.
Assemble the Wraps:

Lay each tortilla on a flat surface.
Sprinkle a portion of shredded cheddar cheese in the center.
Add a layer of scrambled eggs and crumbled crispy bacon on top.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it tightly into a wrap.
Toast the Wraps:

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan and toast until golden and crispy, flipping as needed.
Plate and Garnish:

Serve the wraps on a bed of crispy fries.
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra cheese if desired.
Add small dipping bowls of ketchup or your preferred sauce on the side.
Tips:
For extra flavor, spread some spicy mayo or sriracha inside the wrap before rolling.
Use a mix of cheeses like mozzarella and cheddar for an extra gooey filling.

Eggless Scones
8 cups flour
1 cup sugar
500g margarine(70% fat or more)
2 1/2 cup Amasi
8 tsps baking powder
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ tsp salt
2 tsps vanilla essence
Instructions
Pre-heat oven at 200 Degrees
In a large bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt.
Add margarine and rub it with your finger tips until you get a crumbly mixture.
In another bowl add Amasi and vanilla essences,mix together in the flour mixture.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients together.
On a clean flat surface,sprinkle a bit of flour and transfer the dough.
With a palm of your hand or rolling pin,flatten the dough.
Dip your cookie cutter in flour, cut scones and place them on a greased baking tray.
Brush the top with milk and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Please do not overmix the dough,otherwise the scones will become hard and chewy
Do not pour in the wet ingredients all at ones. Pour it bit by bit until you get right consistency..not too dry or too wet.
Oven temperature will depend on the type of oven you have,so between 180 and 220 degrees will do.

Baked chicken😋😋

Ingredients
4thights
4drumsticks
1teaspoon of garlic powder
1teaspoon of onion powder
Salad and pepper
Smoked Paprika
Chicken rub
Cooking oil/butter

Mix all your spices in small bowl and whisk till ready and pour over your chicken.

Mix until your chicken is well seasoned

Preheat your oven at 180 and bake your chicken for 15-20

You can add any of your favorite veggies

Tip: always allow your chicken to rest before your cut/ serve it
