Job Title: Site Foreman

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Foreman to oversee daily operations on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry and possess strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations and site policies.
Interpret and implement construction drawings and plans.
Report project progress to management and resolve any site issues promptly.
Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics.
Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the construction industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple trades on-site.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Relevant qualifications in construction or site management (advantageous but not essential).
Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
