Born and raised in a small town called Qwa Qwa in the eastern free state, Bonolo would frequently visit heritage sites and nature resorts which encompassed surroundings such as the Drakensberg mountains and the beauty of Golden gate. From a young age she had a creative side and excelled in art projects and craft work. She was always fascinated with space planning and coordinating colours, a

nd her love and passion for design was ignited. Bonolo completed her National diploma in interior design at Tshwane University of Technology. After working in the industry for over five years, Bonolo made the bold move to start her own interior design company. She has worked in many fields of interior design including retail, corporate and hospitality. She specializes in high end residential and hospitality and offices spaces. She aspires to broaden her company spectrum. Profile:

From cramped to captivating ✨
This kitchen transformation started with one important decision — creating more space. Before any beautiful finishes or cabinetry could happen, we had to carefully assess the structure of the home.
In kitchen renovations, understanding construction and structural integrity is critical. Not every wall can be removed, and removing the wrong wall without proper knowledge can compromise the safety of the entire home.
For this project, we safely demolished a non-load-bearing wall to expand the kitchen area and unlock the full potential of the space. Once the wall was removed, we had a clean, open canvas to work with.
The next step was the design phase 🖊️
We developed a kitchen layout that allowed the client to visualize the final outcome — from workflow and storage solutions to appliance placement, lighting, and overall functionality. Every detail was planned using key kitchen design principles to ensure the space would not only look beautiful but work efficiently for everyday living.
Then came the transformation 🔨
Construction began, followed by tiling, ceiling installation, cabinetry, countertops, faucets, lighting, window treatments, and all the finishing touches that bring a kitchen to life.

And finally… the reveal 🤍
A modern, functional, and elegant kitchen designed to enhance both the home and the lifestyle of the client.
