Statutory reporting is tied to your NCR registration — not to your trading activity. Even if your business is dormant or not currently operating, you remain legally obliged to submit the compulsory statutory returns, including the Form 39 statistical return (filed as a nil return where no credit was advanced), the annual Compliance Report, and Form 40.
Failing to submit these returns — or to renew your registration — exposes your business to administrative penalties and can lead to your NCR registration being lapsed or cancelled. We can bring dormant or overdue registrations back into good standing.
