I’m not actually sorry. 👩🏼‍🎨

Not for the evenings you’ve spent scrolling instead of sleeping. Not for the way you now notice how the light falls in your lounge at four in the afternoon. Not for the fact that “we should do something with that corner” has quietly become a full renovation plan.

Design does that. Once you know what your home could feel like, it gets much harder to live with what it currently is.

So no, I won’t be apologising for that one.

There’s something almost meditative about working through samples. 👩🏼‍🎨

The way I arrange, compare, tilt each piece to the light, it’s pure curation, where a fraction of an inch or a single shade becomes the difference between almost right and exactly what the space needs. Even after all these years, this part never gets old. There’s something deeply satisfying about the moment when all the pieces finally click into place.
