My artistic inclinations tend to favor drawing children, women, and natural scenery. While I am uncertain whether this is something I should be concerned about, I assume that every artist has a specific area of expertise that they can execute with ease. With regard to the commissioned piece, I was previously working on a project for Bab Vusi Kunene, also known as Jack Mabaso from Generations: The Legacy. However, I chose to pause and recharge before resuming work on it. Instead, I started this new piece and felt completely revitalized. The moral of the story is that I am open to tackling any artistic challenge involving intricate poses or clothing, as long as the subject is a woman or child. I possess the necessary patience and skill to excel in such artistic endeavors. Here's my process behind the piece.

What steps did I take to accomplish this? I initiated the process by preparing the wall, taking accurate measurements, and painting the designated section red. Subsequently, I sourced the necessary boards, sketched the design, and made the required cuts. Upon returning to the site the following day, I efficiently completed the installation in five minutes, leveraging my plug and play approach. The entire process, from planning to cutting the boards, took around two hours, and the boards remain available for use with another client.

My first experience with Air brush I spent the day at emmangweni, where I was given the chance to try airbrushing for the first time and received guidance on shading, ultimately falling in love with the technique. Paint brushes, I am contemplating a switch to airbrushing. This tool is a true pleasure to use. 🌈💖🎨
