By using specially prepared solid pine (that is treated not to warp or twist) for the frame (stretcher) we stretch locally produced printable 100% cotton duck canvas over this frame. The cotton duck is printed beforehand, using an innovative printing process, with the desired picture or image as accepted by the client and is also treated against fading and damaging UV rays. This result in a professionally looking product with lots of texture …. a picture that really comes to life and lasts for years and years to come. And the artwork can be treated as an off-balance sheet expense against tax – part of Marketing Expense.
Cotton Fields Canvas generally produces these prints in any size up to a maximum of 1330mm by 4000 mm or more.
