📢 WE’RE HIRING | QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Round Square Projects is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in the shopfitting industry to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in estimating, tendering and cost management across our shopfitting projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Preparing detailed estimates and quotations
▪ Tender preparation and submissions
▪ Measuring and compiling Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
▪ Material and labour cost calculations
▪ Analysing drawings and project specifications
▪ Obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations
▪ Cost planning and value engineering
▪ Monitoring project costs, variations and profitability
▪ Working closely with our Project Managers, procurement and production teams
▪ Ensuring accurate project costing from tender through to completion
REQUIREMENTS
✓ Proven Quantity Surveying experience within the shopfitting / fit-out industry
✓ Strong estimating and tendering experience
✓ Excellent understanding of joinery, shopfitting materials and manufacturing processes
✓ Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
✓ Strong numerical and analytical skills
✓ Excellent attention to detail
✓ Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tender deadlines
✓ Strong Excel and computer skills
We are looking for someone who understands the commercial side of shopfitting and can produce accurate, competitive tenders while protecting project margins.
