Can I share an interesting fact about all these cakes 🤭 they were all scheduled for collection on a Saturday. And mysteriously all the mommies WhatsApped on Wednesday to request if they could collect the cakes on a Friday.

This means I only had Thursday to work on all of them 😅😅😅

There I was wondering how I would do it because I also have a full time job and had to make sure the cakes were all ready Friday before I left for work which is 06:00am …!!!

And guess what I still managed to get 3 hours of sleep 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Lesson learned, always stay prepared 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

These are among some of the challenges we do not speak about but experience as bakers… 🤞🏽

I’ve been taking a break from these little guys during the school holidays… schools opened and they are back in demand 😅...
