Our coffee shop and nursery in beautiful St Helena Bay is looking for a reliable, hands-on and motivated Assistant
Manager to join our team!
🌱 Requirements
Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence.
Experience in the restaurant, food, coffee shop or catering industry.
Previous management, supervisory or similar experience.
Strong organisational, communication and people skills.
A hands-on approach, with the ability to lead a team and take responsibility.
Knowledge of plants or experience in a nursery environment will be a strong advantage.
☕ Key Responsibilities
Managing front-of-house operations and customer service.
Assisting with orders and stock control.
Supervising and managing staff.
Ensuring daily procedures run smoothly.
Maintaining a welcoming, clean and well-organised environment.
Supporting both the coffee shop and nursery operations.
🕒 Working Hours
Our business operates 7 days a week, from 08:30 to 17:00.
Flexible working schedule, including weekends.
Rotating shifts, including weekdays and alternating weekends. Our current roster includes both 5-day and 2-day working weeks.
