What to do if no plans exists or outdated and barely legible?

- We come and lazer measure your home
- Then do a full 3D from every angle on each room
- Do spec sheets per room so builders and suppliers can do comparative estimates
-When you approve and if council submission is needed we hand it over to affordable local architects to draw and submit to council and body corporates

Reasons 3D models help:

Working on phase 2 and client asked for all the 3d renders on next phases
Because I drew up the entire home
I could do it for her in a couple of hours It always pays to have a full plan

The advantages of a comprehensive 3D home rendering were demonstrated once again today

Three years ago, I designed a stunning renovation in Riverclub.
And My client is now ready for the second phase.

Have a look at the rooms after three years looking as lovely as if was done yesterday

We are currently updating a few areas in phase 2

As the house was rendered this was accomplished in a matter of hours, including the insertion of new furniture fabric and rugs, sending them to the suppliers and presenting the client with a quote.
