A beautiful layout documenting a joyous wedding photo created by Susan Venter with the Penelope Dee ROSEY collection.

A joyful wedding photo inspired Susan Venter to layer fussy-cut florals, paper strips, and patterned paper from the Rosey Collection. These were arranged over a beautifully textured background created using a stencil and Distress Oxide Inks in Tea Dye, Worn Lipstick, and Bundled Sage. She applied the inks directly to the stencil, misted it generously with water, and pressed it onto white cardstock to create a soft, watercolour inspired design. The layout was finished with translucent enamel dots, an acrylic word sentiment, and a delicate chiffon ribbon, adding the perfect finishing touches.
