PROJECT Brookfield : Concept Reveal

The best part of any project is the design concept.

For Brookfield client the brief was very clear . Transform the space into something I could not think of doing . Moody, colourful, luxurious, but timeless.

The idea was to give statement through the best duo’s that’s Blue and Burgundy .Burgundy paneled drama, blue statement accents, bouclé softness, and warm earth tones to ground it all.

Moody meets colourful. Classy meets cozy.

Welcome to Project Brookfield .

A new chapter!

Every brand has a beginning, a middle, and a new beginning.

After beautiful years of building Busaka Interiors together, Amanda has decided to step down.

We want to honor Amanda for all her hard work and the huge role she played in building this company. Every home we transformed together, every client who trusted us. Busaka will always be a big part of our story. We are cheering Amanda on with so much love. 🤍

And now, the dream continues.

I’m so excited to continue the journey as Zanava hAUS & Co.

Zanava = Beautiful Victory.
hAUS = Home.
& Co = We’re in this together.

Same heart. Same commitment to creating spaces that feel like home. Just a new name and fresh energy.

All current projects and commitments will continue as normal.

There are new and exciting things coming, keep a look out to see what’s new.

Thank you so much for your past support, your continuous support, and for walking this new journey with us. The best is yet to come.

With love,

Quiet moments matter too!
To restore is to bring life back to what once felt forgotten.

Before the space exists, there’s the vision.

For PROJECT GS ,our client wanted a calm, cocooning bedroom , warm, layered and lived-in.

So we led with texture over colour, chunky natural weaves, soft bouclé, vintage-inspired rugs, striped upholstery, warm brass and organic curves.

Earthy. Tactile. Timeless.

Trend-aware, but always true to our client and our style. Not trendy for the sake of it — just modern, warm and grounded. A retreat that feels like you.

More to come

When a client wants a different approach to classy for a boutique hotel room, we don’t make it colder. We make you want to touch everything.

The brief is a feeling, not a look.
Instantly everything around us became an inspiration, it instilled the way we approached this brief and what style it needs.

A bouclé bed with a channeled headboard, soft but structured, like a tailored coat.
A vintage, faded rug that looks like it’s already lived 100 years — can’t resist.
Black, chunky nightstands with the circle cut-out to give classy some weight.
Stone lamps with pleated shades that look like little parasols and a mushroom pendant that glows.

And of course, let’s finish with the cognac velvet shell chair that swivels, because why shouldn’t your bedroom chair swivel?

The approach was texture over shine. Collected, not matched. The kind of room you check into and don’t want to check out of.

Stripes first, then the rest.

We’re heading into the new season with bold colours, playful prints and all the joy that comes with it.

As always, thank you to HAUS who never disappoints .

What fabrics, colours & patterns would you LOVE to see in the new season?

14/07/2026

New layers, same home!

The brief: work around the client’s existing green sofa and coffee table.

So we thought, why not bring in botanical wallpaper, a textured rug, and golden lighting to add instant warmth.

Finished it off with these 2 sculptural wood-finish chairs from and plenty of greenery to bring the space to life .
This shows how you don’t have to start from scratch to get a fresh look.
