A highly collectible Copeland Spode set in the sought-after Landscape pattern. Featuring a charming Chinoiserie design with pagodas, bridges, trees and mountains, finished with elegant gold rims and scalloped edges. The impressed stamp dates this set to the mid-20th century (c. 1930s–1950s).

While not a complete dinner service, the inclusion of four serving platters makes this a particularly desirable collection.

A fascinating piece of South African history. This original publication covers the Anglo-Boer War (1899–1902) and includes a fold-out map of South Africa (Kaart van Zuid-Afrika) as well as numerous illustrations throughout.

Printed by the Hollandsch-Afrikaansche Uitgevers Maatschappij, Amsterdam-Kaapstad.

Original cloth binding with age-related wear, corner bumps and some foxing to the endpapers. The binding remains tight and the book is signed inside: G. Joubert, 18-12-1925.

A wonderful collector’s item for history enthusiasts, book collectors or anyone with an interest in South Africa’s past.
