✨ AFTER REVEAL | 9 MONTHS IN THE MAKING ✨
And she’s finally finished! 🤍
Nine months of planning, designing, building, changing, refining and bringing a vision to life. The kitchen may have taken a little longer than expected… but it was absolutely worth the wait!
This renovation included 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, open-plan living and kitchen areas, a large garage and laundry, with extensive internal structural changes to create a layout that feels spacious, functional and effortless.
New floors. New ceilings. New lighting. Custom upholstery. Solid oak finishes. Custom internal doors. And, of course, my clients’ favourite — an extra-large farmhouse-style indoor braai made for long evenings around the fire.
There are so many details I love about this home, but what stands out most is how beautifully everything flows together. The calming colour palette carries throughout the house, allowing every room to speak to the next while still having its own character.
The modern breeze blocks bring ventilation and privacy. Juliet balconies create that beautiful indoor/outdoor coastal feeling. Soft lighting adds warmth. The kitchen is spacious, clean-lined and understated. The walk-in wardrobe feels open and breathable, and the master bathroom is an absolute dream.
And our custom concrete basins… definitely showstoppers. 🤍
There is something incredibly satisfying about seeing months of Pinterest boards, moodboards, sketches, samples and ideas finally come to life.
At Nien Interior & Renovations, we also believe the finishing touches matter. Our service can include unpacking, cleaning and styling your home after completion, so when we hand over the keys, our clients can quite literally sit back, relax and move in.
From drawing plans and municipal approvals to building, construction, interiors, styling and final handover — we offer a complete turnkey renovation solution.
