“A day in my life as a Chef”😂😂🥲,aw ngiyazama nami lana bafwethu😂🤣… I was preparing starters here for an event,that was booked at the restaurant. Kuqala kahle,kuphetha sekubuhlungu izinyawo😂😂,but I honestly love what I do. Literally got home around 12am midnight,my mom had bought me inhloko,ngathi angisayiyeki😂…Mom’s are special people🥰❤️

There I had made Inyama yenhloko,amaDombolo,Umleqwa(hard body),Isigwaqane,Inyama yangaphakathi,uJeqe,Creamy spinach and butternut.

Okay let me confess,African cuisines or dishes are my favourite dishes ALWAYS(ngiyikloza by the way)🤭,ungangincisha nje ama prawns akho ngizidlele inhloko nedombolo in peace🥹(hmmm ngavele ngakuhhalela thinking about it😂)…

Across the African continent,certain dishes have come to symbolize celebration and togetherness. As Africans,eating together makes us feel like we belong - Naturally, people will tend to share the food with others by inviting them to their place,this also creates a special bond.

QUICK FRIDAY DINNER IDEA!!Sek’thathwe inhlanzi yazohlanganiswa nama robot peppers,kwayofakwa kwithuluzi eliwu Oven…SHEMBE!! Kodwa uJosaka moyo’ngcwele!🤣🤣😂Ingredients:•Fillets•Oil•Red onion•Lemon juice•Salt&Pepper to taste•Robot peppers (sliced)•Lemon (sliced)•Oranges (sliced)•PaprikaInstructionsPlace your fish onto your lightly greased tray. Spice your fish with paprika,salt and pepper. Place your robot peppers,sliced lemon and oranges on top. Place foil and put in on medium heat on the grill. Cook for 20 minutes with the foil,take it out and take the foil off,put it back on the grill for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice on top once its done then garnish. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fillet. Happy Friday loves🤍 ً
