Located in Blue Horizon Bay, overlooking the sea, this house reflects the client’s Dutch heritage.

Some interesting facts about this project:

✅ It's a self-sustaining home with a solar system, underground water tank, garden roof and a heated, salt-chlorinated pool.
✅ The low E glass complements the double glazing of all doors and windows.
✅ Eva-last composite decking offering top-class durability.
✅ Frankipile provided the geotechnical engineering services.
✅ Great care was taken not to encroach on the surrounding dune-sensitive vegetation.
