Imagine a world where every child, no matter where they live, has access to the gift of reading. At Ibuyambo Book Festival, we believe in the transformative power of books to ignite young minds, inspire dreams, and shape the future. But for many children, like those at Zimasa Primary in Langa, a school without a library, this dream remains just that—an unreachable vision.

We invite you to be part of something special. By donating books for primary school learners—books in isiXhosa, illustrated storybooks, encyclopedias, dictionaries, novels, philosophy and history books, as well as hobbyist and art books—you’re not just giving a book. You’re giving a doorway to new worlds, new ideas, and new possibilities. You’re planting seeds of knowledge that will grow for generations to come.
