Who is A-Hoy! Accessories?
A-Hoy! Accessories is a business I started to live out a bit of creativity and also to surround myself with beautiful and sometimes glamorous stuff I like....and now I get to share it with a few others as well.
I am from Vanrhynsdorp, Western Cape, South Africa. I am a stay at home mom, sort of...I also help my husband with admin and bookkeeping in our refrigeration business. I am a mother to three beautifull girls (ages 14, 8 and 7) and I love the fact that I am able to be part of their busy little lives everyday.
A-Hoy! Accessories’ name was found when missing my grandparents alot. Their surname is Hoy and the A is for Amanda. I like the way the name just rolls out and also like the bit of pun with it....like you are calling someone, winking to come and have a look.
I source the products I sell from various suppliers. I do not carry stock as a norm, but from time to time I buy stock for markets or special occasions. The majority of sales is via social media at this stage. We do courier all over South Africa. Orders are placed via whatsapp and email at this stage, but I am working hard on creating my online shop....and also a shop in Vanrhynsdorp. I am so excited about all the possibilities for the future.
