A BIG SHOUT OUT TO DE JONGHS PANELBEATERS, STRAND.
If you ever need an excellent panelbeating company I recommend many times over De Jongh’s in Strand .
Their passion is excellence. I want to thank the Workshop Manager who had such patience with me in my dilemma, as well as the reception ladies . Plus Shoal who runs the workshop and Ashley in Administration.

I had the misfortune of going to another panelbeating company in the Helderberg recommended by my insurance company .
They not only did not record or photograph my vehicle , even though this is protocol when going through your insurance company , they drove the car and must have had an accident and left damages to the front of the vehicle.
I struggled for months to get the insurance company to pay for the damage .
The biggest shock was upon removing the bumper area in the front, what was found was damages from a previous accident which was not fixed . Only the exterior was repaired and returned to me.
Again my insurance company refused to deal with this .
It is such a pity that whilst you ensure not to neglect paying your monthly premiums to your trust insurance company, when you need them the most you are let down.

My vehicle not only had the accident fixed but they also fixed the internal damage for me, returning my vehicle in spotless condition and damage free.
