Hi Everyone,

Please note that there will be delays in packages.
I've recently come into a hassle with The Courier Guy. With the 6 years of being with them, I have never had issues until this year.

Never have I thought I would be sitting with a problem like I am now!

Two of my regular customers received their packages empty! Thank goodness it was insured.

With my recent phone call I had received from one of the operations managers.
The Hub it got sent to us under investigation,as it didn't just happen to my packages, but to a lot of other packages.

I'm very nervous about sending out packages until this matter is sorted with The courier guy. I am asking to please bare with me until we have this sorted!
I am not willing to lose more stock or monies,
If you cannot be patient with me, then please let me know and I'll refund you.

It will take a while for the packages to be sent, I'm hoping this week they will give me a call and tell me that everything has been sorted and they give me a good explanation on what had happened.

But I will do my best to have it sent off within the remaining of this month!!
