We’re taking a dive into the legendary Colefax and Fowler to bring you some insight into how layering different textures and patterns can bring a room harmony.

Renowned for their quintessentially English aesthetic, Colefax and Fowler have become synonymous with timeless, elegant interiors. Think romantic florals, painterly botanicals, classic stripes, intricate geometrics and richly textured fabrics — all brought together in a way that feels collected rather than overly coordinated.

What makes their designs so enduring is the balance between tradition and ease.
