Project Jonas, progress update.

The open-plan living space is taking shape. Glass doors run the full length of the room, so the outdoor view stays part of the space at every stage, and a built-in braai is recessed into the feature wall right beside them, sharing the same sea view. Floors are laid, and the ceiling lighting is fitted, ready for the next phase.

In the kitchen, a marble island with a waterfall edge anchors the room, and a book-matched onyx feature wall carries the same detail through to the living area.
