CREATIVE RETAIL & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on individual to join our growing team!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
✨ Assisting customers and providing excellent customer service
✨ Helping customers choose products and bring their ideas to life
✨ Preparing, assembling and packaging customer orders
✨ Assisting with creative and hands-on projects
✨ Helping with personalised and custom orders
✨ Keeping the shop neat, organised and visually appealing
✨ Assisting with stock and general shop duties
✨ Responding to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and social media
✨ Assisting with product presentation and occasional content creation
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:
• Creative and enjoys working with their hands
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
• Friendly, confident and comfortable with customers
• Organised, reliable and proactive
• Well-presented and professional
• A quick learner who is willing to take initiative
Previous experience in events, décor, retail, gifting, crafts or customer service will be an advantage.
Creative skills and experience with crafting, styling, product assembly, packaging or design are highly desirable. Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram, TikTok or content creation is an added advantage.
