500 g mutton keema + 20 g fat
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chat masala

1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 golden fried onion
2 pinch baking soda
1 tbsp hung curd
4-5 tbsp chickpeas flour or roasted gram flour

1/3 cup roasted chickpeas or 1 tbsp roasted besan
12 almond
1 tbsp dessicated coconut
1 tbsp raw papaya paste with green skin

2 tbsp ( 20 g )nihari masala powder for ½ kg meat!
4 tbsp ( 40 g ) nihari masala powder for 1 kg meat
6 tbsp ( 60 g )nihari masala powder for 1½ kg meat

ingredients:
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp black pepper corn
5-6 cloves
¼ tsp nutmeg
5-6 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
8 small sizel pepper pippli
1 mace
1 tbsp ginger powder
1 tbsp kashmiri mirch powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder

Nalli Nihari Ingredients:
1 cup oil
3 golden fried onion
1/2 kg meat + ½ kg nalli ( I'm using mutton meat, you can use anyone of your choice)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp nihari masala powder
3 medium size golden fried onion ( 150 g raw onion)

1/2 cup gram flour+ 2 tbls of water

ingredients:-
1/2 cup oil
2 onions
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 black cardamom
3 green cardamom
½ tsp black pepper
2 inch cinnamon stick
1 mace
5 cloves
1/2 kg mutton/ chicken
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp coriander powder
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
⅓ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tomato
1/2 cup curd
1 tbsp green chilli paste

Rice:
4 cup long grain basmati rice ( I have used 1121 galaxy rice ) 800 g ( you may use upto 4 cups )

1/4 tsp black pepper corn

3-4 cloves
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp desi ghee
2 tsp lemon juice

2 black cardamom
2 tsp cumin seeds
8 red chilli
2 bay leaves
1 mace
¼ nutmeg
2-2 inch cinnamon stick
8 cloves
8 green cardamom
3 tsp coriander seeds
2 tsp dessicated coconut
12 cashews
1/2 kg mutton meat
1½ cup chana dal ( soaked )
3 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
½ rsp turmeric powder
1 onion
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp mango powder or lemon juice
2 eggs
3 chopped onion
1 cup coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Green chilli as require
Water 1/2 glass( agar dal bheegi hui hai warna 1½ cup )

1. Heat 1 cup oil until smoke point and let it cool
2. In a bowl add 250 gram chopped Onion, 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 3 slit green Chilli, 2 dry red chilli, 1 Bay leaf, 1 inch Cinnamon, 3 greenCardamoms, 1 black cardamon, 3 Clove, 2 red chillies, 1tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 2 mace
4. Add 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder, 2 tsp Coriander powder, 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red kashmiri powder,
5. Pour in 80% of cooled mustard oil
6. Mix everything well
7. Now add in 500 gram Mutton, 2 whole Garlic,
8. Coat mutton nicely with the masala and mix everything well
9. Pour the remaining mustard oil in Handi and coat inside
10. Place in the marinated mutton inside Handi and spread it evenly
11. Close the lid of the Handi and tightly seal using dough
12. Prick the seal using a toothpick so that pressure inside Handi can release with ease
13. Place the Handi on smaller burner and cook on medium flame for first 10 min
14. Then lower the flame and cook for 1 or half an hour
15. After every 15 min shake the Handi well so that the mutton inside is evenly cooked and it prevents mutton from sticking to the bottom of Handi
16. After an hour, let the Handi sit for atleast 15 min
17. Open the lid and finish off with some chopped coriander leaves
18. Tasty Ahuna Mutton is ready. Serve it with rice / roti and Enjoy!!

Chicken Fried Rice Recipe | Chinese Chicken Fried Rice

MARINATION :

Boneless Chicken – 200 Grams
Salt – 1 Tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Cornflour 1- tblsp

Sauce :
Red hot sauce - 1 tblsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 tblsp
Chicken cube - 1 piece
Soya sauce - 1 tblsp
White venigar - 1 tblsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp

Cooking Oil – 2 Tbsp
Chopped Garlic – 8
Chopped ginger
Green chillies - 3
Chopped Carrot - 1.5 cups
Onion - medium size 1
Sliced Cabbage - 1 Cup
Chopped Capsicum - 1/2 Cup
Soaked Rice – 2 Cups
Add Chopped Spring Onion or Chopped coriander leaves as your choice
