24 little muffins, straight from the recipe, straight into the lunchboxes.

Banana and oat mini muffins from Cookidoo®, batter mixed in seconds, poured into the tray with a few raisins tucked through, and out came a whole batch of golden little snacks cooling on the rack. No fuss, no fancy equipment, just a proper afternoon of batch baking sorted in well under an hour.

Here is why I love a recipe like this. It makes 24 in one go, so it is not just a treat, it is a whole week of school snacks, lunchbox fillers or a quick bite before sport, all made with real ingredients I can actually pronounce. Banana, oats, a bit of sweetness from the raisins, nothing hiding in there that I would not want my kids eating.

And because the machine mixes the batter for you, this is genuinely one of those recipes little ones can help with too. Pour, mix, spoon into the tray, done. No mess, no drama, and a proud little baker at the end of it.

This is exactly the kind of everyday baking that makes the week easier. A bit of time on a Sunday, and snacks are sorted without a single trip to the shops.

If you would love easy lunchbox wins like this, come along to one of my free demos. No pressure at all, just a cuppa and a proper look. And if you have ever thought about doing what I do, sharing all this with a lovely community, I am always happy to chat about that too.

Tell me, raisins in or raisins out?

Apple & Cinnamon Muffins 🍎✨

There’s something about the smell of apple and cinnamon baking that makes the whole house feel like home. ❤️

I made these apple and cinnamon muffins in the Thermomix® this week, and they were such a simple little bake to have ready for the family.

The batter came together in the Thermomix®, with everything weighed and mixed in the one bowl. No pulling out half the kitchen, no measuring cups everywhere, and no standing there trying to get the mixture just right.

Then into the muffin tin and into the oven they went.

And look at them! 😍
Golden on the outside, lovely and soft inside, with little pieces of apple and that beautiful warmth from the cinnamon.

What I love about muffins like these is how practical they are.

They’re perfect for a quick breakfast, lunchboxes, an afternoon cuppa or when someone suddenly wanders into the kitchen asking, “Is there anything to eat?” 😂

And having Cookidoo® on the screen makes it even easier. I can search for a recipe, follow along step by step and let the Thermomix® guide me through the process.

It’s these everyday recipes that remind me why I love having a Thermomix®. You don’t need to be an expert baker or spend hours in the kitchen to make something from scratch.

Sometimes you just need a few ingredients, a Thermomix® and a craving for something warm and homemade. 🥰

If you’d love to see how easy everyday cooking and baking can be with a Thermomix®, come along to one of my free demos. No pressure at all — just a cuppa, a chat and a proper look at what it can do.

Are you an apple & cinnamon fan, or would you choose chocolate muffins every time? 👇

Best Ever Carrot Cake 🥕🍰

There are some recipes you make once and think, yep… this one is staying. 😂

This is my best ever carrot cake — and it’s exactly the kind of baking I love doing in the Thermomix®.

The ingredients were weighed straight into the bowl, everything mixed together without needing a pile of separate bowls, and then into the oven it went.

Once cooled, I spread over that gorgeous creamy icing and finished it with a little sprinkle of raisins.

And honestly, look at it. 🥹

What I love most about recipes like this is that they feel like proper homemade baking without turning the kitchen into a disaster zone.

The Thermomix® does the messy part for me, I can follow the guided recipe step by step, and while the cake is in the oven, I can get on with everything else.

Then comes the best part…

Sitting down with a cup of tea and a slice of homemade carrot cake knowing you actually made it yourself. ❤️

This is also why I love having Cookidoo® — when someone asks me for a recipe, I can simply search, follow the steps and let the Thermomix® guide me through it.

If you’d love to see how easy homemade baking can be with a Thermomix®, come along to one of my free demos. No pressure at all, just a cuppa, a chat and a proper look at what it can do.

Now I need to know… carrot cake with raisins or without? 👀🥕

Cheese & Bacon Scrolls 🥓🧀

One of those little kitchen jobs that doesn’t feel particularly exciting at the time… but makes life so much easier later.

I made a batch of homemade cheese and bacon scrolls and, instead of baking them straight away, popped them into the freezer ready for those days when I need lunches in a hurry.

The dough came together in the Thermomix® without much fuss, then it was simply a matter of rolling it out, adding the cheese and bacon, rolling it up and slicing into individual scrolls.

And this is exactly why I love freezer prep.

I didn’t actually have time to bake them today — and that’s okay.

They’re now sitting in the freezer, ready for another day when I’m short on time, need something for lunchboxes, or simply don’t feel like starting from scratch.

There’s something very satisfying about doing a little bit of work before you need it. Future me is going to be very grateful. 😂

And because they’re homemade, I know exactly what’s gone into them, and I can make a batch to suit what we actually eat at home.

This is another one of those reasons I love using my Thermomix® for everyday life. It’s not just about cooking dinner tonight — it’s about making tomorrow a little bit easier too.

If you’d love to see how much you can prep ahead with a Thermomix®, come along to one of my free demos. No pressure at all, just a cuppa and a proper look at what it can do in your own kitchen.

And if you’ve ever thought about doing what I do and sharing this with others, I’m always happy to have a chat about that too. ❤️

Tell me — what’s your favourite thing to have waiting in the freezer for a busy day?

A Kitchen Toolkit I Didn’t Know I Needed 🔪✨

Sometimes it’s the little extras that make you appreciate something even more.

I’ve been having a proper look at the new Thermomix® Ultimate Kitchen Knives & Toolkit, and I have to say… this is a very handy addition for anyone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen.

It comes beautifully packed in a roll-up case, so everything has its own place and can be stored away neatly when you’re finished.

And it’s not just a couple of knives.

The toolkit includes a Thermomix® 18cm Chef’s Knife, 8cm Paring Knife, Brunch Knife, Serrated Peeler, Kitchen Shears and the Ultimate Toolkit Case.

So whether you’re chopping vegetables, slicing bread, peeling, snipping herbs or doing those everyday prep jobs, you’ve got the right tool ready to go.

What I particularly love is that the knives are made from premium stainless steel and proudly made in Solingen, Germany, a place well known for quality knife-making.

And the roll-up case? ❤️

Such a simple idea, but I love it.

Everything stays together, it’s easy to store, and you can even take the toolkit with you when you’re cooking somewhere else.

Because having a Thermomix® doesn’t mean you stop using your other kitchen tools. It’s about having the right tools working together to make food prep easier, quicker and more enjoyable.

And honestly, there’s something very satisfying about opening up a neatly organised toolkit and having everything you need right there. 😂

If you’d like to have a closer look at the new toolkit and see what’s included, come along to one of my free Thermomix® demos. You can have a cuppa, ask questions and see how everything works together, no pressure at all.

Which one would you use the most… the chef’s knife, brunch knife, peeler or kitchen shears? 👇

From Rock Salt to Table Salt 🧂✨

Something as simple as making table salt from rock salt might not seem like a big deal… until you realise you can do it yourself in the Thermomix®.

What started as chunky rock salt went straight into the bowl, and with a quick grind, it was transformed into a much finer salt that’s ready to use in the kitchen.

No food processor to get out. No extra appliance taking up space. No transferring things between different bowls. Just rock salt, the Thermomix®, and a few seconds of grinding.

And this is one of those little things I love about having a Thermomix®.

It’s not always about making an elaborate dinner or following a complicated recipe. Sometimes it’s simply being able to take something you already have and change it into exactly what you need.

I also love being able to control the texture myself. Want it finer? Grind it a little more. Prefer a bit more texture? Stop sooner.

It’s these little everyday jobs that make me appreciate how versatile it is.

Because once you start using your Thermomix® for more than just cooking recipes, you start seeing all the other things it can do around your kitchen.

And honestly… watching those chunky crystals turn into fine salt is strangely satisfying. 😂🧂

If you’d love to see what else the Thermomix® can do beyond the recipes, come along to one of my free demos. No pressure at all — just a cuppa, a chat and a proper look at how it could fit into your kitchen.

And if you’ve ever thought about doing what I do and sharing this with others, I’m always happy to have a chat about that too. ❤️

Tell me — what is one pantry staple you’d love to be able to make yourself?
