Well here we are.... 🫖

After a good six months of; working out and refining our plan, getting approvals, tasting tea after tea to work out our menu, waiting on tea ware arrivals etc.... we are ready to launch!

Over this six months Cory and I have both learned how different taste buds and tea preferences can be. My top five favourite teas from our menu will be completely different to Cory's.

One example is that Cory likes Green Tea, I've tried it several times, I've really tried to like it, but I can't. Green Tea doesn't do it for me. White Tea on the other hand does. I love it's light and creamy taste and texture.

This is valuable information for us going into serving tea for others. Although we are sure that our customers will ask our advice on tea, and we are very happy to give it, we also understand clearly that we are all different and enjoy different types and flavours of tea.

We're both looking forward to creating a calming and refreshing tea atmosphere and experience and have thought every detail through thoroughly.

We'll be taking orders from 9am, all the way through to 5pm from today. Drink in or take away.

As an introductory offer, so we can get into our serving rhythm, and for you to give our tea a try, all tea from our menu (see pinned to the top of our page) is 1/2 price when you drink in today, tomorrow and Saturday only.

Thanks for your support and we hope to see you soon,
Lee-Anne :)

Thanks to E who came out to yesterday's monthly Pencil Drawing Group. 🙏

We had a varied still life to draw from and it is our choice to choose a specific element/s or the whole thing.

There is also flexibility to work from personal or photo references we have on hand if we prefer.

It's always good to improve and refine our drawing and observation skills. ✏️

Next Pencil Drawing Group is on Tues 17 Nov, 1-3pm, $20. Materials provided or BYO if you prefer. All welcome 🤗 just show up.

ekkkk.... ahhh.... here we go!!!

We'll be serving tea tomorrow.

On offer: Asian style: Black, Oolong, Green, White, Blooming Teas + Herbal Blends.
Not on offer: Coffee, meals, milk, sugar

Don't let that turn you off because.... Asian style tea speaks for itself.
It doesn't need sweeteners or milk.

When brewed at the correct temps, these teas are delicious on their own!!

Don't miss our introductory offer, Thurs, Fri & Sat only, 1/2 price tea - when you drink in!! That's tea for as little as 3 bucks!!

We'd love to see you!!!

An early glazing start today.
The kiln has just been turned on - which is much later than I typically do. But if it wasn't today I wouldn't be able to until Monday.... So.... Now, all done and dusted.
This firing will go late into the night.
Should be cooled off enough to bring to the gallery on Friday 🤞
