NOW SELLING: Antique Georgian oak corner cabinet hanging spice cabinet with shaped shelves original patina 1780 The single panel door with brass k**b lock and key and original winged brass hinges . When opened with the key it reveals three shaped front internal shelves. Good original waxed polish finish, This cabinet would have been wall mounted or sat in a niche. The backing boards on one side of the back have been replaced at some time but are good and strong. Minor wear consistent with age and use. English Georgian circa 1780.

NOW SELLING: Antique pair of well carved solid walnut fauteuil armchairs in the traditional French Louis XV rococo manner. Superbly carved in solid french polished walnut . The seats and backs have recently been upholstered in luxurious shimmering floral brocade fabric with a lustre like bullion wire woven silk fabric that reflects the light for extra character. They feature large and comfortable seats with spring support and height of 47cm and which is generously sized for antique armchairs of the period. Well polished and ready for service. Carved solid walnut cabriole legs raise the generous sized seats. France mid 19th century originals .

The original Kolmarden marble top inlaid into the mahogany and Brazilian rosewood frame. The chest with canted corners and marquetry inlaid fielded panels with tulip wood kingwood and rosewood. The French Louis XVI inspired chest is beautifully proportioned with accentuated taper legs and brass sabot feet. 2 drawers with original locks and working key and a brushing slide between the drawers. Adorned with ornate marquetry inlays in kingwood, satinwood and rosewood. Stockholm Gustavian circa 1780.

NOW SELLING: Antique serpentine front blonde walnut bureau writing desk chest with ornate marquetry and silvered bronze handles fitted interior. This gorgeous desk is beautifully veneered in ornate marquetry panels to front sides and interiors. The finish has aged beautifully and is in a faded 17th century manner. The ornate carved fall front desk is opened with an ornate silvered key to reveal a fitted interior with drawers and central door. Please note that period desks of the early 18th century did not exist in these proportions hence this bespoke made mid 20th century example fits the decorators requirements at modern heights.

NOW SELLING : Antique original and impressive French Louis XV Rococo style Bureau Plat desk with fine gilt ormolu mounts and veneers in kingwood and pallisander Brazilian rosewood. Fitted with two full deep length drawers and two false drawers to the other side. The original tan/ochre coloured tooled gilt embossed leather top should speak volumes! A nice genuine turn of the century (1900's) piece of French furniture. This is a centre of the room desk polished all round. French 18th century manner.
